issues, sexual abuse, an imbalance of power, clergy harassment,
and frequent pastoral changes.
- She provides training for laity
and clergy in ways to create vibrant growing congregations (communication
skills, gossip stopping techniques, what to do about criticism
toward the clergy).
- She is also available for congregational
consultations on site or by phone at a reasonable hourly rate
regarding conflicts, personnel issues, pastoral care, the reporting
of child sexual abuse, dual relationships, sexuality issues,
and clergy burnout.
